An existing 4500m2 development needed to be wrapped into a precinct concept to be commercially vibrant. JMA architects worked with Leighton to create a Homemaker destination by adding additional retail stock ranging from 250m2 to 3500m2.
These additions and reworking parking and access patterns have contributed to the turn around in popularity as a retail precinct. All surface rainwater is filtered and collected, air conditioning operated on energy cycles and low energy light fittings all contribute to the exceptional ESD rating of this whole complex.
