JMA have completed retail projects from several hundred square metres up to huge Homemaker Centres exceeding 20,000 m². We have also carried out bespoke design roll outs for national chains, developing consistent and repeatable designs suited to their needs.

With competition increasing between growing numbers of these complexes, there is a requirement to enhance the centre through the quality of the design to attract the passing traffic. Use of colour and interesting masses and forms should be combined with quality and durable landscaping and site works to present an enticing visual picture at a distance, in order to encourage shopping visits.
