Research StationRUTHERGLEN VICTORIAAGRICULTURAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE DEPT. OF PRIMARY INDUSTRIES The institute was established in the 1890’s. Over the decades new buildings and extensions have been added to accommodate the growth in scientific research. JMA were asked to design a new reception area, meeting rooms and café. This new building was designed to also provide linkages within the site between the offices, laboratories and library. The result reflects the Institutes eminence, while retaining the serene rural setting. |
