Greensborough
JMA provided full design and documentation for this landmark building which consisted of a two-storey Centrelink Customer Service Centre and one storey of leasable office with a fully glazed street frontage façade and bold prominent elevations overlooking the surroundings. The steep triangular site required complex solutions for both vehicular and pedestrian access into and throughout the building.
JMA worked with Salta to ensure every option was explored to maximize the yields and functionality of the site. The final product exceeded the developer as well as end user requirements and has set the standard for the future development of the area, which is currently undergoing a rapid transformation.
