People visiting these offices can have high stress levels and the resulting design was developed to make the customer service interface as smooth as possible. The three level complex was designed by JMA after extensive consultation with user groups. JMA also coordinated the tender and construction stages. Our relationship with this client has continued with the recent completion of the CSA offices in the Arkana building in Dandenong. |
